Thank you for purchasing access to our online exam preparation services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

All products and services offered on this platform are digital exam preparation resources, including but not limited to mock tests, practice questions, recorded lessons, score reports, and downloadable materials. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment.

Due to the digital and consumable nature of these products, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Less than 20% of the total course or test content has been accessed
  • No more than two (2) mock tests or scored exams have been attempted
  • No certificates, score reports, or completion records have been generated
  • No downloadable materials (including PDFs or eBooks) have been accessed or downloaded

If any of the above conditions are not met, the purchase will be deemed nonrefundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:

  • Accessing 20% or more of the course or test content
  • Attempting more than two (2) mock tests or scored exams
  • Completion of any test resulting in a score or evaluation
  • Access or download of digital materials or eBooks
  • Subscription renewals or recurring billing charges
  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer purchases
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the eligible refund period by contacting our support team at:

We reserve the right to verify account activity before approving any refund.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
  • Transaction or processing fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of account access and future services.

This Refund Policy is designed to comply with Stripe's digital goods and services guidelines and is enforced consistently to prevent misuse.
